Your location is yours. This is what we do with it.

Information notice under Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

This page is two things at once. The first half is the agreement, written the way people talk. The second is the formal notice the European Regulation asks for: more boring, but it says the same things.

The agreement, in plain words

We don't profile you, and we don't sell anything to anyone.

No profiling and nothing passed on to third parties. There is no business model behind your movements: NINA Angel is paid for by the subscription, not by you.

Your location is seen by the people you choose.

When you press the button, or ask someone to follow you, the link goes to the people you chose. Nobody else gets it from us.

We keep the minimum, for the minimum time necessary.

Routes and emergency sessions stay for 30 days, long enough to download them if you need them. Then they disappear on their own. We keep no list of the places you go.

The servers are in the European Union.

And the stated direction is EU Regulation 2016/679: collect the minimum, keep it as long as needed. It isn't a badge to wave around, it's how decisions get made.

Today: what we do with what you write to us

NINA Angel isn't here yet, and this site collects nothing about your location or about you. The only thing that reaches us, if you want, is the message you write in the Get in touch form.

Who is asking

Marco Forti is the data controller, and the person who wrote NINA Angel. For anything about your data there is the Get in touch form on the home page: it reaches him and nobody else.

What it is for

Only to answer you. The legal basis is your request to be contacted.

How long we keep it

The site doesn't store it: the message reaches whoever answers you and stays only in the conversation with you.

Who sees it

To reach the controller, the message goes through Telegram, the messaging service we use to receive it. Nobody else: it doesn't go to advertising platforms and it isn't sold.

Visits to the site

Like every site, the server logs visits (IP address, page, time) for its own security, and deletes them after 14 days. No cookies: your browser only remembers the language you chose, and keeps it on your device.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use and take it with you. If you think something is wrong, you can turn to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
